Built to last, extremely reliable and optimised for high volume RFID operations, the R110Xi4 printer/encoder delivers superior performance and unique features:
- Zebra’s patent-pending Adaptive Encoding Technology simplifies setup and adds media flexibility allowing the use of a large variety of RFID media from many sources, including that produced for competitors’ printers
- Support for narrow distance (pitch) between RFID labels; as narrow as 16 mm on most inlays. By spacing inlays closer, the label conversion process is simpler, translating to lower cost per label, fewer media roll changes and faster printer/encoder throughput for end-users. This feature can be combined with a 600dpi printer for enhanced print quality on small labels
- Direct-to-inlay printing and encoding, reducing the need for label face stock or the label conversion process thus reducing tag cost.
Designed with the next generation of RFID tags in mind, these new features meet the needs of emerging applications such as apparel source tagging, industrial asset tagging, and healthcare tagging, whilst continuing to address the case and pallet labelling markets.
