Datatrade were for many years the only Authorised Service Partner for Tally Genicom products in the UK. Although the TallyGenicom company is no more we are still maintaining and servicing a large fleet of TallyGenicom machines and have full access to product, spares and consumables.
TallyGenicom was acquired by Printronix, Inc. in 2009. So where can I get my TallyGenicom products and support?
Although its (U.S.) assets were purchased by Printronix in 2009 the TallyGenicom product base has become split between Printronix and Dascom. TallyGenciom printers can be found under "both" of these brands and are still current and in production. Datatrade continue to have full access to all of these "ex" TallyGenicom printers and are still in the position to supply and service the full range of TallyGenciom printers from both of the new vendors.
Service
Repair: We demonstrate an extremely high level of technical expertise and service for a wide range of Printer Products. We can repair onsite or in our workshop. We can also select and help install printers for our customers.
Maintenance: Datatrade offer a flexible approach to maintenance and can tailor a contract to suit your needs.

Consumables: We can provide a large range of cost effective consumables for Thermal, Impact and Laser printers.
