Reseting the Maint. Counter on a Lexmark C750
You will need to do this after replacing the fuser unit otherwise your printer may stop printing prematurely.
To reset the Counter :
- Power off the printer
- Power back on holding down Select and Return until display says performing self test, then release Select and Return. Config. menu should appear.
- Press Menu until reset fuser count appears then press Select.
- Reset should appear, press Select again. The display should read resetting fuser count
- Press Menu again until exit comfit menu is displayed and press Select.
- "Activating menu changes" - should display, followed by "Performing self Test". Printer will warm-up and become ready to print.
